We accept credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.  

 We have a 30-day warranty on all products if the item is coming unraveled or breaks due to the manufacturing error, we’re happy to replace for free. Email admin@bbgmart.com with your order number.

Due to the nature of the customization and handmaking of our products, we do not offer exchanges.

Avoid contact with chemicals. Keep them away from perfumes, hairsprays, lotions, and household cleaners.  Apply all cosmetics and hair products before putting on your product. Remove before activities such as swimming, showering, or exercising to prevent damage from moisture or sweat. 

STEP 1: Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurements or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet.
STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.
Recommended size is 6.5 inches!
